Managing Director, Anne Warren has spent over 20 years working with some of the country’s highest profiled real estate companies in Victoria, NSW and WA, managing their Property Management Departments and training their teams.
As a licensed estate agent and qualified trainer Anne has trained literally thousands of Property Managers throughout Australia over many years focusing on Property Management legislation, customer service and business systemization. She is one of only four Australians who hold the designation of Property Management Expert (PME) awarded by the Florida Association of Residential Property Managers and was invited by the Director of Consumer Affairs Victoria to join the Steering Committee, established to review the Victorian Real Estate License courses.
Anne’s wealth of experience in the national property management market directly results in providing property investors with a comprehensive, professional and exceptional real estate experience.

With a wealth of experience spanning nearly four decades, Tony Warren’s name is synonymous with residential property management throughout Australasia.
He has been an owner-director or general manager of three of Australia’s largest and most highly profiled real estate companies – Woodards and Philip Webb in Melbourne and McGrath in Sydney.
Tony was until recently the Managing Director of Wentworth Property Management, a division of Wentworth Holdings Ltd being a public listed company managing over 16,000 residential properties across four Australian States. When Tony joined Wentworth in Perth in January 2005, the Company managed only 430 properties and in the space of only two and a half years, it grew to the size it is today through both aggressive acquisition and organic growth strategies.
Tony is not only recognized nationally as the pre-eminent authority on residential property management, but has also been a keynote speaker at many major property management conferences in Australia, New Zealand and the United States over the past 15 years. He has advised both State and Federal Governments on issues related to property management and has also written two books on the subject – A Systems Manual for Residential Property Managers (1995) and Residential Property Management (1991 and 1996), both of which were published by the Real Estate Institute of Australia.
Tony is unique in the property management industry as he loves what he does and has done so for many years. He has an all-consuming passion for property management that is clearly evident and it is with this passion that he has reinvigorated many Australian property management companies, divisions and departments.
