Property Apps

So how many mobile devices do you own? How many apps have you downloaded? What is your favourite How about your favourite property based apps?

I have come across a few that you might be interested in having a look at, or you may already use them. I'm sure there are a few that I missed. Let me know if there are some that I should add to the list, or tell me which one is the most effective.

Property Checklist App
This is said the be the 'ultimate open home companion'. You don't need to scribble down details. Take a photo and you can add all the details you need to keep track of all the open homes you visit.

The Property Depreciation App
This is said to be Australia's first iPhone app to help with tax depreciation calculations. A must for investors, real estate agents, brokers, property developers etc.

Property Investment Calculator App
This costs $0.99 and is a Top 10 App. It takes many variables to see if the property is a sound investment. Example of the variables: Purchase Price, Interest rate, Rent Revenues, Government rates etc.

First National App
A property search app. This will allow you to (among other things)  see Rural and Business listings, full property details, see inspection or auction times and save them to your calendar


Realestate.com.au App
Another search app, that allows you (among other things) to search by current location, apply bookmarks, get directions, contact the real estate agent, and create a slideshow.
