I get asked this question a lot: Can I change my property manager during the lease, or do I have to wait for the lease to be up?
I wrote about terminating your property manager here.
But the short answer is you can change anytime.
You do not have to wait for the lease on the rental to end, before ending your contract with the property manager.
You will have to check your contract and see what notice you have to give, but usually it's just a matter of giving your current property manager written notice that you wish to end the contract.
If you would like help with the process and want to end your contract with your property manager, we can help.
