In my opinion beeing an owner of properties has as many positive apsects as being a landlord. As an owner you can (almost) do whatever you want, if you can afford it. Though as a landowner, you don't have to do every little piece of the papaerwork. So there are always positive and negative sites.
ReplyDeleteI honestly haven't thought about owning some premises, as I am a property manager. But it might actually be nice for once, to have your own place, so you can do whatever you want and get the experience how it really works with it. It might quite interessting for a change.
